When you submit our contact form or otherwise correspond with us, you may provide information such as your name, email address, firm or practice name, professional role, and any message you include. You are not required to provide any information; however, if you choose not to provide certain information, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and we may automatically collect certain information about your device and your interaction with the Site, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

The Site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking pixels.   • Service providers. We engage trusted third-party vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as customer-relationship management (CRM), email delivery, web hosting, and analytics. These providers may access personal information only to the extent necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect it. Our principal CRM provider is GoHighLevel; submissions through the contact form are forwarded to a TKC GoHighLevel subaccount.
  • Affiliates. We may share information with TKC affiliates and partner entities (Kuorum Advanced Planning, Kuorum Partners Wealth, Kuorum Partners Advisory) for purposes consistent with this Policy.
  • Legal compliance and protection. We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TKC, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If TKC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose disclosed at the time you provide it or with your consent.
